It is a government sponsored program that helps with heating bills, will help pay the oil bill, or buy wood if you heat with wood. I have applied locally, because my heating bill is way beyond my financial ability to pay. If I am approved (and I should be) it will pay my bill. robin gets ssi and her worker told her they may tax it. i know i get ssd and after you get so much you have to pay tax... and in my county even on ssd after you get over 900.00 moth. you can not get help from fs or med. just cut debbi h ( cos ) back. told her they would not add zacks ssi from is daddy ( passed away ) will .....now they do, she was told in dec her food st. gone, her help will some of her meds gone. she call nms to get help to pay the rent this jan. that is why she does not have net, or cable, she cut back on every thing she could. >>>debbi brant Subject: Re: my fall/oil billTo: MSersLife@yahoogrou ps.comDate: Sunday, January 10, 2010, 11:22 AM It is a government sponsored program that helps with heating bills, will help pay the oil bill, or buy wood if you heat with wood.
