member database (voluntary)

As a moderator here I have access to the Member list but I don't believe that

general members here do. I think it could be of interest and use to all members

if there was a way one could see if there are other members here with similar

interests, health concerns, age etc. While one can look at another member's

Yahoo profile, I know I haven't 'fleshed' that out because I am in a few other

groups and don't want to share 'all' with everyone (on Yahoo).

I added a Database (left column at group site) called Member in which I've

created the fields of - Name, age, location, non-diet books read, personal

interests, and health concerns/conditions. If there are other columns (gender?)

that you would like seeing added, please let me know.

Participation is totally voluntary and general answers acceptable. The purpose I

envisioned for this list is to be able to connect with others of similar needs

(diabetics, bulimia etc.) or just to have a look see at the membership here.
