protein drink 2

diet a & w

2 chicken thighs breaded with atkins bake mix 4

salad with 2 T ranch 7

16 oz water

raked leaves for 1.5 hours

1 quart water protein drink 2

will take pm supplements with 1 quart water by 9 pm

total exercise 1 hour

total carbs 17

total water 144 oz
