Help please. Cyclone hitting OZ and flying monkeys on my back.

Need this to be quick as I live in Australia and we are about to be hit by one

of the biggest cyclones this country has ever seen.

Haven't talked to Nada in a year and she turns 6o next week. Just received and

email from a flying monkey informing me to get my daughter to call Nada for her

birthday and let her know we are all ok. She ended with " This is not too much

to ask is it? " Obviously Nada is draining this monkey with drama of my current

situation. Nada lives away and would be seeing it all over the news.

I haven't responded and I am fumming. We are headed for a National Disaster and

they want ME to ring Nada for her BIRTHDAY and to let

her know we are ok. HELLO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At first I wanted to email and tell flying monkey to you know what??????

After the rage has gone and I didn't react straight away to what I know was the

wrong response, I am now left dumb founded on the craziness of it all.

I have so much more to think about as it is all hitting in 24 hrs. Please

anyone send me some peace of mind to get this situation out of my mind so I can

focus on what is happening in our town.

That is how much affect Bpd and all the Nada stuff has over me that it put the

cyclone out of my mind when it is a serious threat and I need to be focused

again on my own life.

Kazam, take care of yourself. Batten down your hatches, get your daughter and

family to a safe place and screw the flying monkeys and their wicked witch. If

you are NC with nada then you are NC with her. You don't have to tell your

daughter to do anything.

This flying monkey is doing nada's bidding and trying to use FOG (definitely

obligation and guilt) to get you to break your boundaries. You do not need to

break your boundaries. Stay strong. If she wants to be sure you are safe, she

can call you, and you can say, " yes, we are all safe. Thank you for asking. I

have to go now. " And that's it.

This is classic BS of " family is more important that these petty little

arguments " and " don't turn your back on your family " EXCEPT you have to remember

that you are talking about someone who is abusive and no good for you, family or

not.

You are not required to do anything but take care of the people you love--your

daughter, your pets, etc. You are in an emergency situation and she will just

have to learn that it's not about her.

Don't let her hoover you back in. Please take care of yourself and stay safe!

Thanks so much everyone I love you all. I knew you guys would make me feel

better and understand it all. Thanks for your support and great feedback. I

agree with everyone of you. Thanks for your quick responses too. So much

anxiety already without all the other BS to deal with.

I suppose if anything it confirms why I am NC and nothing will ever change.

Yeah I definately want to block her but not sure how to do it I did try as soon

as she contacted. Will look into it.
