Guest guest
Someone in another topic mentioned about multitasking and how difficult it can be to just focus on the food and not reach for the book, TV remote or computer. I have been struggling with it as well. I am wondering if we could explore this. It is so strange that food is so much on my mind and yet, when eating, I don't want to be thinking about it. Somehow, I feel I need to be " productive " and " efficient " while eating. I do best when eating with other people although I find that it is very difficult to concentrate on the conversation while eating. I find that I pay attention more to the food than the person. I don't really understand this dynamic but would love to hear what ya'll experience.
