As your vibrational level increases, your level of gratitude will increase also. Give it a voice. As you lay down to sleep at night, simply allow your face to smile as you close your eyes and breathe. Call to your memory everything of the day for which you are grateful. Include your vessel which has so lovingly supported you during the day. Your vessel has given you the gift of life on this planet. Relax and give gratitude to yourself for all the accomplishments of the day, knowing that all is as it should be. Whatever you accomplished was right and perfect.
