If you are really having recurring problems, you could consider seeing a counselor together. SOmetimes just having a 3rd person there to sort of mediate works well to air out the problems and get them resolved. About your food - you say you are buying the right food, but preparing it wrong? How is that? If you are buying atkin's type stuff, meat, cheese, vegetables, etc., how are you preparing it? Maybe we can help figure out how to fix that. I know it is hard to be " good " all day, and then come home and eat bad stuff in justification. Try to tell yourself this instead: I have been good all day, and I am going to be good for this meal too. And keep conning yourself one meal at a time. Anyway, you don't even need to have that junk in the house - bread and potatoes are not healthy for anyone! Keep your chin up, Carol!
