Guest guest
I read somewhere that.... .....thyroid hormones need the presence of minerals in order to be properly absorbed, the same theory we have about ferritin, and that minerals is used as a marker in the same way that ferritin is used as a marker. So looking at my labs, I am low in both markers. So even if I was to raise my mineral levels that would still give my t3 something to work with. Anyone have any info on this?
