i think his name is brian that is it. and you know rea (lol) they will cut you off if your bill is not in there, i call by bill in one my payday 3rd wen of the moth. they make me pay the late thing every moth. my bill runs about 100.00 every moth, and 70.00 in the summer, i dry the wash out side in the summer and no air cond. but this is just how they get up. one moth they said i used over 4,000.kw in one moth and i have there meter reader i called they said oh that is not right we will send out new bill.......they must have ms too they forgot. and after i called and called 2 moth later i got a new bill ( now late ) did you know they will hold you card payment untill it is 3 days over due. ( yes they do ) they due this (they told me) will we have to pay to use the card pay on line. they was to stop that. but you do not know. i can tell you they say one thing

The bad part of all that stuff is that the P.U.C. can't step in and do

anything.. Might make a call for you.. but they really can't do anything

at all...

Had a rural water " authority " do that.. Pleasant Valley Water Authority

was my water company. (the " authority in the name is what gets a person

shafted).... paid the a thousand dollar tap on fee... and waited.... and

waited... and waited.. called Pleasant Valley and was told they had sent

the money over to Westmoreland Water Authority.. who actually handles

all the stuff.. and THEY were the ones to do the actual tap.. so I

waited some more..then finally decided to take matters into my own

hands.. and called Westmoreland.. they told me that Pleasant Valley had

never sent them the $800 tap in fee.. so they weren't tapping for me..

Wait a second... hold on... I paid $1,000 to tap in.. and nobody has

it?? and Pleasant Valley is keeping $200 for what???? I called the

P.U.C... which is when I found out they can't do squat for me.. since

these " authorities " don't fall under the commission rules..

Once again.. I should have had a baseball bat then.. LOL... but I made

enough noise that someone took notice.. because I had $1,000 out there

floating around well someone somewhere had $1,000 cause the check was

cashed.. Might have told them I'd be calling an attorney or something..

Didn't take too long before I had my water tap after that..

My mom always read her own water meter.. and then called in the reading

for them.. because her water " authority " .. they made money on the

customer's too.. They were allowed 3,000 gallons for the base fee..

anything over 3k of water you paid the extra.. EXCEPT.. they always

rounded up to the next 1k.. It's hard to explain.. but when you see it

worked out on paper.. what it amounted to.. was she paid for the same

water.. TWICE.. so by reading her own meter and calling in the reading..

she could " adjust " the reading so that she only paid for the water once..

Now my mother was an extremely honest woman.. If she made an mistake

when making change.. even so much as a nickel.. you'd find the nickel &

the order slip taped to the wall so that when the customer came in the

next time.. she'd give them their nickel back!.. I've even seen pennies

taped to the wall of the pizza shop... LOL
