They are going to release Robbin's school records to my atty, who will send them to me. I need them so I can go to the local schools and see what they have to offer Robbin, so we can then decide where he will be best served, whether to move his schooling here or keep it there. I also need to get a Dr's letter saying that I am fit to care for Robbin. So far, there is no change from what was in place before. I still don't get him unless I go there. The court date is set for April 21, and in the meantime there will also be a home study, obviously with me not being able to have Robbin here, my part will jut be the evaluator coming here and seeing me in the home and ascertaining that he does indeed have a bedroom and that I have food and all the stuff needed to care for Robbin, which of course I do. And of course the evaluator will go there, and SEE the disfunctional group of misfits they have living there, including HER ex LOVER. So there really is no change except now we have a date to have this all done by, and we WILL have it all done by then. Rob lied (ok, Rob's atty did) and said that Rob works as an eBay reseller. So I sent my atty the link to the site he reads from, so there is proof that he is NOT a reseller but an online psychic.
