Assorted Spam and the such

I was talking with a dear friend the other day on the topic of tattoos. I remembered a really bad joke I will share ; A lady went to a tattoo parlor and said that her husband's birthday was tomorrow and she wished to get him a special tattoo. She said he always admired her backside and so she wanted the words "beautiful buttocks" tattoed there. The man explained that the procedure would be costly and painful, and suggested that she only get the initials B.B. in that it would save her money, time and pain. She agreed to this. The next morning she came walking down the stairs and said "Honey, I got you a most special gift this year" then bent over and pulled down her pants. The husband replied; 'That's fine dear, but who in the hell is BoB. Ok.. bad joke, which leade to another topic- offending others. I am pretty sure that some may have been offended by that joke. In fact, some get ofended with even the most

harmless sincere posts. Perhaps it is a poor choice of wording, or the interpretation, but there is nothing what so ever to be offended by here. At best/worst, it is simply a miscommunication (my jokes being the exception lol). Before we take things we read or see so personally, we must reflect and make absolutely sure that we are comprehending exactly what was intended. I myself goofed once here with a bad choice of wording, perhaps more. So, I can say sincerely that absolutely no one here would intentionally post any negetive words. Live and let live. All the same, yet all unique. On another topic; I just uploaded my poetry book in the files here. It is called Perhaps Next Time Around. It is 125 of my assorted works and there are many still at home in cobwebs yet to post. I aspire that it is enjoyed. Some are very happy, others sad, but these are reminders that in life, we all have our share of good and bad days. On the Prayer Requests here; I have limited time to write but trust in that I do read as many as possible and take them very seriously. I am silent but there. (smiles). Compassion To All, Randy

You are so right Randy, it's very easy to offend another with a specific word choice or story. (great joke by the way LMAO!!!) It's even easier when we're all living in different parts of the world. Cultures and religions differ as well as personal morals....etc. Remaining open minded, and tolerant is the key. Thank you as well for sharing your poetry book with us, you are such a jewel to us in this group my brother.
