my oil man called them, and i will get the help, the liheap i can not get, but here is a new phone the ms did give me1-888-ms focus it is in FL, i was told by my worker ( out of pitt ) that he does not know, how much money they have but i am to give them a call. i can not get the cap out here the electric is somerset rural electric cooperative, and they do not have that due to being a cooperative..i am happy for the help that we can get. ko running 3..60 gl and fl oil is 2.99 gl. last moth is was 2.60 gl. i just want every one to know, if you need help, you have to look at every thing out there.if the door is not open, look in the window , i think someone will look back and try to help you. i know someone looked back at me today....peace to you and yours >>>debbi brant

The guy from Pittsburgh.. oh darn.. what is is his name.. know it as

well as I know my own... is a very very nice guy.. and very helpful to

boot..

Oh.. with Somerset Rural Electric.. just tell them you know the lady

with the baseball bat.. LOL

They can be, pardon my crudeness, but they can be such dickheads!..

lived on Mud Pike when the got to talk to me.. She had two little

kids at home.. in the middle of winter.. called them and told them that

her bill was due on such and such a date.. but that paycheck wasn't due

until such and such a date (something like the end of the week).. They

came out and put a " limiter " on her meter.. every time something kicked

on in the house.. she'd have to go reset the breakers in her electric

box.. just to run the furnace..

I was still working, at a good job, making decent money.. So I drove the

two hours up there and paid her bill over the phone with my bank card...

They had the nerve to tell me that someone would be out sometime in the

next couple of days to take the limiter off... LOL..

That's when I was told, the fun started.. all I could see was red...

Supposedly I told them that it didn't take them but a few minutes to get

out there and put that limiter on the meter.. and it had best NOT take

them more than twenty minutes to get someone out there to take that

limiter off.. Because I had a baseball bat.. and in twenty-one minutes I

WAS going to take the limiter off myself!!!

The guy arrived in just about 15 minutes... LOL
