Guest guest
I like water much better if ice cold or at least chilled. I keep a pitcher of green tea in the fridge, which contains added antioxidants to the water I've used to make it. > > Hey everyone... something strange has happened since I have been discovering what I really like to eat (and drink). I think I don't like water. OMG. In my diet days I gulped it down like a camel, like 12 cups a day. Whn I drink water I literally make a face, it tastes so weird. I'm really upset about this because I think water is amazing and it's important to love it. The problem is that often at night I am thirsty but dont want to drink water so I end up eating because I dont feel that sense of completeness that u get after drinking water after your meal. What should I do? Could it be I dont like the taste of the water where I live? I use a Brita pitcher to filter... May be I should start buying bottled water? But so expensive... but the bottled water tastes better to me. >
