Thanks so much everyone! And Sunny, that really resonated with me! I think

you're right, I was making it harder than it needed to be. I kept thinking " do

I have to do something special with each and every food I've ever lost control

with? "

Much easier to think of it this way, as that's how I've kinda been trying to

view things already in the couple of weeks since I've started this. I just

thought maybe I wasn't doing it right!

And can I just say, this seems to be an awesome group of people here. I don't

think I have heard one negative thing said to someone in all the many posts I've

been reading back on. Quite the (welcome) change from the diet message boards I

used to frequent.
