Guest guest
Soraya, When your son's level was at 150, do you recall any behavior problems with him even if they were minor, like Jekyll and Hyde, sort of on and off mood swings? My older son's cholesterol was 150 with his last set of labs and his stool test came back totally clear, so we are at a loss with his behavior lately. He's mostly good, but he's explosive lately. He can go from being fine, to suddenly lashing out at someone or something. My other son is the same way, but we've never had his cholestrol tested. > > > > It's not unusual for our kids to have this problem. Guest guest
Yes, my son's moods have always been mercurial. I attributed that to the fact that, for the most part, I have not controlled my son's diet well (gfcf) b/c with his picky eating I'm always afraid he'll starve. Many times all he want in the morning or for snack time is a starch, and I know his sugar levels rollercoaster.  Soraya, When your son's level was at 150, do you recall any behavior problems with him even if they were minor, like Jekyll and Hyde, sort of on and off mood swings? Guest guest
Explosive moods can be adrenal in nature. I have found this to be true with and myself. He has a bad diet, too. Using enzymes can help. Helping the adrenals helped. Rhodiola rosea, taurine, adrenal cortex(for the severely damaged), relora, Vit C, Natural Salt, magnesium and iodine all help the adrenals. If you are into tests, do the right thyroid tests and do adrenal function tests. This goes for kids that dont sleep, or wake up after only a few hours ready to go, too. Check the adrenals.
