Using enzymes can help. Helping the adrenals helped. Rhodiola rosea, taurine, adrenal cortex(for the severely damaged), relora, Vit C, Natural Salt, magnesium and iodine all help the adrenals. If you are into tests, do the right thyroid tests and do adrenal function tests. This goes for kids that dont sleep, or wake up after only a few hours ready to go, too. Check the adrenals.
