Guest guest Posted January 17, 2012 Report Share Posted January 17, 2012 I'm finding this a funny process. you'd think it would be easy peasy but it's not for me. I do get the just satisfied feeling and have at times stopped immediately. But I'm thinking that's maybe not enough for me. There is a big range between being just satisfied and too full and I'm not sure where the best stopping point is. Some days your body needs more fuel and I think I need to eat more than just satisfied. In fact I'll find myself going back and eating again soon and maybe too much - because I didn't really get enough the first time. Hmmm rambling here - but working things out as I do. This is such a journey!! Need to think more about how full my belly needs to be. I truly have no idea. I'm used to either depriving myself or eating until I'm overfull.
