oh hells bells why didn't I see this before

I've been pondering my next tattoo - why didn't I see this before. It's

always like a ton of bricks when you figure it out.

" Girlscout "

It's been my handle on this list group for about 3 years. And it's my

littlest dog's name. But the reason that it is both is that in my FOO I was

the " Girlscout. " Always prepared, daddy's little explorer, thrifty, first

aid certified and kitchen savvy. I always knew what was coming around the

bend.

I need to look around, but I'm thinking a black and white page out of an

illustrated copy of To Kill A Mocking Bird. Scout in that book was me as a

kid.Or maybe a photo from the movie.

Wow. Tears because its so true.
