Guest guest
What you can do is lower HC by 2.5mg one week, raise T3 the next and repeat and as long as no low cortils symptpoms appear oyu would be fine. It also might be thet RT3 leaving your body si making oyur adrenals MUCH less stressed and thus adrenals feel better. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
thanks Val, it is so confusing... I believe I am a sort of a " freak " because my symptoms and reactions are unusual. For example, my temps and pulse have never been low (even when I am so hypo that I can barely move from pain in my articulations)... Do you think that taking cortisol without having adrenal fatigue could have caused rT3? --- > What you can do is lower HC by 2.5mg one week, raise T3 the next and > repeat and as long as no low cortils symptpoms appear oyu would be fine. > It also might be thet RT3 leaving your body si making oyur adrenals MUCH > less stressed and thus adrenals feel better. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ >

Guest guest
It is LIGHTLY possible. But I found most people that THINK they are low in cortils proabbyl are. I also think it takes VERY high cortils to cause enough RT3 to really become a problem. I honestly doubt a little HC caused this. And fort that matter, evn if it really WAS the cause, it woudl correct itself when oyu lowered the HC. Taking HC for a year oin the doses we use ois not liely to cause permanent damage even if oyu did not need it as the poroper functioning HPA would shut down your own cortil senough ot make it NOT high cortisol. Just as someone taking thyroid that doesnlt need it their thyroid comes back ot nomal funcioton if they wean 0f it, so it wil with HC as well. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
Thanks a lot! In any case, the really important thing is that I am feeling better on T3. I will take it easy with cortisol (meaning I won't do radical changes) and see little by little how it goes. The truth of the mater is that going by the book I have had throughout my life every symptoms of low cortisol you can list, but I get confused since some of them appear to get better by rising T3. > It is LIGHTLY possible. Guest guest
Hi ,This sounds like me! My temps haven't really been low! I am also a mysterious case, and no doctors nor the best private specialist (you know, the really good ones!) understandanything! I am a freak, too! :)I also worry about HC. Did I need it? Maybe. Probably. I felt better when I started taking it.But I only took up to 27.5 mg daily, and now I'm on 25 mg HC daily. Not such a high dose. All my blood samples, and urine samples and most of my saliva samples showed thatI did not need to take HC. Only ONE saliva sample in the end showed I needed to get mycortisol up. It was a bit low. thanks Val, it is so confusing... I believe I am a sort of a "freak" because my symptoms and reactions are unusual. Guest guest
I firmly believe high RT3 is one of the HUGE causes of adrenal fatigue. I also think T3 helps strengthen the adrenals so healing may be what oyu are feelign! -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
, Have you had your potassium levels checked? When I saw my doc yesterday, I realized that per Val's suggestion, supplementing with potassium (and now up to 80 MEQ) has taken all my muscle pain away and the diarrhea is gone as well.
