Guest guest
Yes, I was on the OO site some years back and it was a disaster. A great excuse to eat and eat and eat. Best outcome was that it taught me to be more circumspect about what I'm doing as in retrospect I learned that it was just an excuse to binge. The diet rebel just went wild with it. I too am switching my language from legalizing to making peace with food. Much more neutral which is where I need to be as my diet rebel is pretty incendiary. IE is being such great healing journey for my inner being - who has been completley ignored vis a vis years of focussing on my weight, my size and how I looked to others. Alas, what a sad waste of time. Sandarah > > > > > > > I was hoping I could get some general guidelines and tips for legalizing foods?
