Yes, I was on the OO site some years back and it was a disaster. A great excuse

to eat and eat and eat. Best outcome was that it taught me to be more

circumspect about what I'm doing as in retrospect I learned that it was just an

excuse to binge. The diet rebel just went wild with it.

I too am switching my language from legalizing to making peace with food. Much

more neutral which is where I need to be as my diet rebel is pretty incendiary.

IE is being such great healing journey for my inner being - who has been

completley ignored vis a vis years of focussing on my weight, my size and how I

looked to others.

Alas, what a sad waste of time.

foods? I have read the IE book, so I have an idea, but I find the idea of

legalizing foods a little intimidating I guess.

When you crave it? or maybe after a meal to indulge your " taste hunger? "

snacking, which really is kind of like a long drawn out binge for me. I guess I

have to confront that fear sometime, I'd just like to have some knowledge to

give myself a fighting chance!
