Guest guest
- thanks for this, it really resonates with me. The undercurrent of my dysfunction with food is a need to stay busy, distracted and overbooked in order to ignore my true feelings/state of mind. I have long bemoaned the fact that I seem to always be running around, stressed to the gills so that food is either totally ignored or completely abused. Time to settle down, take a deep breath and tune in to my body! I am going to make it a goal to meditate and do yoga each morning for 20 minutes just to have some intimate time with my body.
