I think a 1/4 tsp.= 10 mg. HC, 1/8= 5 mg. I know people recommend a dosing

syringe but I think it's too much trouble and too messy and I use a cooking

measuring spoons. Not full and rounded, just flat across the top. Seems to equal

what's in the dosing syringe at those marks.
