I'm taking the initiative to reply because this site isn't actively/frequently

moderated. With Yahoo! Groups its very easy to cancel your membership/leave the

group yourself at the Group site. All you have to do is go to the Home Page for

this Group:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/WTOAdultChildren1/?yguid=323760905

and near the top of the page just after your address & board name, you'll see

" Edit Membership " . Click on that. It takes you to the " Preferences " page.

At the very bottom right hand corner of the Preferences page, you'll see " Save

Changes " , " Reset " and " Leave Group " .

Click on " Leave Group " and voila, you're membership is canceled.

Or, on the Preferences page you can choose to not receive e-mails but only read

posts at the Group site, or as a digest e-mail. I read posts only at the Group

site, I don't like receiving tons of e-mails either.
