Guest guest
hello everyone. i have been diagnosed with hashimotos for 10 years. i did not do well on thyroxine alone, as i didn't convert to t3 well. i have been on armour thyroid and thyroxine for 7 years but never felt fully well. should i have a RT3 test? do any of you guys take t3 alone and if so how do you fare. all of you seem to take HC, why is this. my am cortisol has always been low even though my adrenals can produce it and i can produce acth. when i was diagnosed i had a tsh of 347, after 6 months on thyroxine i looked better but from then on if i became stressed i would feel poisoned, my response to stress seems extreme, in many ways i felt better before thyroid hormone replacement. posted this before but no one replied, look forward to hearing from you. jonny
Guest guest
Yes I think an RT3 test would benefit you greatly as it certainly sounds like either you have an RT3 problem or never got your thyroid doses corretc, eihter way ad Ft3 wiht an RT3 will help sort this out. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
