Guest guest
Hi , So sorry about your loss!!! Do you I need any treatment for my female hormones? As I mentioned I'm using 15mg of progesterone cream. Should I continue to do this or should I stop it? I'm doing a saliva test tomorrow for Female Hormonesto see if the progesterone has helped bring up my level. I'm getting my Ferritin done this week. I'm 65 and started menopause when I was 54, I thought it is rare to be iron deficient at my age. Should I be taking something for my adrenals before I start T3? I already ordered cynomel, but should I wait and see what my ferritin level is before I start the T3? My doctor just bypassed the fact that I have a low FT3. I have to face the fact that he wont' help me get well. Thanks again Jackie > > Your sex hormones are not bad at all. With anxiety being a huge one of > your sy,mpotoms have oyu had ferritin tested? Guest guest
I would just get the sex hormoen labs and see if oyu are actually lwo. I shoot for luteal phase levels of hormones and I am post meno and 55 yers old. That is where I feel my best. It is more than post meno ranges btu not as high as pre-meno ranges when hormones are peaking so I feel it wirks well for me. I woudl wait on starting the T3 until oyu at least get ferritin tested and yhave oyu had cortils tested? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
Jackie, Just a quick comment. My hairdresser told me she most frequently sees hair loss from progesterone. Sherry > > I'm losing tons of hair, can't sleep, very bad depression, tired, very emotionallly upset, I don't want to get out of bed in the morning and I don't socialize because of the way my lack of hair looks, and anxiety. > Right now the only Med I'm using is Progesterone cream 15 mg. Jackie Sherry, I've been taking Compounded Progesterone for about four months. My hair has been falling out for about two years. I've heard about hair loss from synthetic progesterone. Guest guest
I mean I use Luteal ranges to adjust estrogen and progesterone. In other words, If ny labs are in normal mid to high LUTEAL ranges, that si where I feel best btu even high in post meno ranges and I ahve probelms and sy,mptoms. So while many doctors would not think i NEEDED estrogen where my normal levels fall, I feel I do as I want to keep estrogen at healhty younger woman levels., -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
Ferritin ,then cortils FIRST. Then after a month and gettign cortilsfeelign better, you can start addin in thyrodi then ina couple weeks and while SLOWLY raisng thyroid you can start estrogen and progesteroine then in a month retest Ferritin and sex hormones to see where they are. Thsi wil give oy uan idea if your sec homeone dosing is righ on or too lwo or too high, A month on too little or too mcuh is not going to do damage. Most women take 50-100mg Progesterine a day and the estrogen wil depend on what kind you get. I would recommend for slf treatment Estrogel which is hbioidenticl Estradiol B the safest one. I use Premarin btu that is because I used it for 27 years after a very early hyst and it is the onyl one that works for me, but most women are scared of it,,LOL The Estrrogel is avaiable online and is a good product made in France. It has sdosing directions with it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
