Definately something to look into. I know I feel better too when I remain as gluten free as possible. Just be kind and gentle in this and if possible make it into a FUN 'play with food' experiment. But a thought... can you ask your doctor to work on changing the dose or the medication itself to better address your reflux NOW? I'll try cutting back on gluten and see if it helps, and I really like the idea of "playing" with different foods to see what effect they might have.
