My 37 year old son smoked for around 20 years. He quit several times but finally quit for good (hopefully) about 3 or 4 years ago. He went to a tobacco cessation class and used patches and gum in combination. He swears by the classes and the gum/patches. Perhaps you should try that? The classes are offered by our public health department.Good luck. I know how hard it is because I am also a former smoker. hugs Sharonjoin me on Facebook:Sharon Mars wobbletowalk@...This email is a natural hand made product. Thanks Sharon... It was scary.. but I am doing fine now.. very little tightness in the chest.. AND I'm doing darned good.. even though I know that I need to stop smoking altogether.. I have managed to cut my intake to 1/2 a pack in two days.. I'll keep pushing to quit.. just hope that I can do it..HUGS|)onnaSharon wrote:>>> My goodness, Donna!
