Guest guest
I usually wake up with horrible stomach ache and it is ONLY from the thoughts in my mind when I am in bed. I get worried, anxious and the feeling of uncertainty fulls my stomach. All this gives me a strong pain in my stomach and I don't know if I should still eat or just wait until it passes. It has been going on for a quite some time any ideas? thanks
Guest guest
My guess is that your body is trying to 'tell' you something and its probably not about eating? Maybe you could try a little food to see if that what this means or if its another indicator of 'upset'? Has stomach sensations been your only/best/chief hunger indicator? Perhaps, given your current situation, you might ask yourself what OTHER factors might be causing your stomach to ache. IE is mainly about food and eating, but 'why' is an underlying factor for all sorts of reasons to do this or that.
