should I force myself to eat or not?

I usually wake up with horrible stomach ache and it is ONLY from the thoughts in

my mind when I am in bed.

I get worried, anxious and the feeling of uncertainty fulls my stomach.All this

gives me a strong pain in my stomach and I don't know if I should still eat or

just wait until it passes.It has been going on for a quite some time

any ideas?
