Guest guest
So selenium is not good to take when you are trying to reduce RT3? I knew to avoid iodine. Any other supplements we should avoid? I hear pregnenolone and sea salt are good for reducing RT3...anything else work for reducing RT3. I understand Doctor Brownstein has a protocal for reducing RT3 that does not involve taking cytomel. Any Brownstein patients on this board?
