Tips for legalizing?

I was hoping I could get some general guidelines and tips for legalizing foods?

I have read the IE book, so I have an idea, but I find the idea of legalizing

foods a little intimidating I guess.

I've read back on a lot of posts here but seem to find more successes over

certain foods (which is great!) but less specifics on how to go about the

process.

Do you pick one food at a time? One " class " of foods? Or just choose whatever

forbidden food sounds good at the time?

Eat it when you're hungry? Instead of a meal (or as a meal, rather)? When you

crave it? or maybe after a meal to indulge your " taste hunger? "

When and how do you stop? It is difficult for me to stop eating foods that taste

good even when I'm full sometimes.

I am really afraid of this leading to bingeing. Or heavy mindless snacking,

which really is kind of like a long drawn out binge for me. I guess I have to

confront that fear sometime, I'd just like to have some knowledge to give myself

a fighting chance!
