Guest guest Posted January 30, 2012 Report Share Posted January 30, 2012 also, when you get too hungry and suddenly you feel like you could eat anything in sight... to me that sounds like one's protective inner self, working to protect you from the damage that could be caused by dangerously low blood sugar. at that moment in time, one's body craves simple sugars as a protective mechanism! which is not a bad thing. but i imagine that need to protect goes away if one is able to feed oneself before reaching a " 1 " on the hunger scale... best,abby Sandarah- Forgive me if I am off track, but the depth of thought you're putting into the idea of this " battle " feels like resistance and rebellion to me. Wouldn't it be in within the IE mindset to eat the mints if you want them? It seems you are putting pressure on yourself to be past that point. I know that we need to segue from legalizing to a place of good nutrition, but you seem to be succeeding on so many levels that I can't imagine that doing battle of any kind is good for your food psyche.
