Am I ok with my dosing, Nick?

Hi Nick or anyone else with wisdom/experience here,

I am on my 6th week of T3 only. I am finding that I am absolutely miserable and

hypo unless I am taking 90 mcg T3 spread out 6 times through the day: 5a, 7a,

10a, 1p, 4p, and @ bedtime.

I'm a little nervous because of what I read on the website:

" ... you will probably end up on around 75mcg at around the 8 week mark. By this

time your T4 levels will have decayed to an insignificant level and you will be

able to adjust dose every 3 to 5 days to try and clear hypo symptoms. "

Am I taking too much too soon? I think it's been a gift that for months my

naturopath has been treating me with vit. D, HCl, DHEA, progesterone, estrogen,

natural adrenal support and Armour (until the armour went bad)before we finally

stumbled on RT3 being at the base of my myriad symptoms. So maybe my body has

been being prepared to soak up the T3?

Please give me a clue as to whether I'm overdoing and what to do instead if I

am...

Thanks much,

Jeanne

It is not too much if oyu are nto havign high pulse. Nick & I both took

much higher doses to begin wiht and I really don;t think it is high

doses that push out RT3 but just time on a dose high ebough to supress T4.
