Guest guest Posted January 31, 2012 Report Share Posted January 31, 2012 Sara,sometimes i find it helpful to make sure i have a snack with a little protein and fat before i exercise, to make sure i don't burn through all available fuel.in general, sometimes exercise makes me more hungry and sometimes less. however, you are not " undoing everything " if you exercise for how you FEEL! exercise has never made me lose weight, but what it does is make me feel amazingly alive and energetic! i have to say, though, that for me, i only get this if my heart is beating hard. walking doesn't do it for me. but i know it does for lots of folks. all the best,abby Does anyone exercise and find that you feel ravenous after?
