Guest guest
I have to take 180 mg iron bisglycinate (ferrochel) to maintain a ferritin around 90. Is it safe to take that amount indefinitely? My doctor was worried about creating too many free radicals, but my serum iron is not high, even if I don't fast iron supplements more than 15 hours before the test. Will I hopefully need to take less once they are enough t3? I thought being hypo is what makes our ferritin go low. Thank you, Kathleen
