I am about 18mths post RNY which I had lost 250 lbs. I gained 26lbs during my pregnancy, The girls weighed 4lb 9oz and 3lb 10oz (they were premature at 34 weeks). Both girls were healthy and are at home and doing well. The only gastric bypass related issues during my pregnancy were hypoglycemia and severe reflux.
