Easter Seals Project

ACTION and the National Network of ADA Centers will Offer a Free

Four-Part Series on Paratransit Operations

As part of Easter Seals Project ACTION Promising Practices and

Solutions in Accessible Transportation Series and in conjunction with the

National Network of ADA Centers (the DBTACs), a free

four-part series on Paratransit Operations will be delivered each

Wednesday in February. The topics covered include Origin to Destination,

PCAs, Companions and Visitors, Scheduling and the Appeals Process. Each

session will be presented via webinar and teleconference. Connection

information will be provided to registered participants. Each one-hour

session will begin at 2 p.m. EST on the scheduled date. Resources related

to the presentation will be posted on the Easter Seals Project ACTION Web

site and become available one week prior to the session. These materials

are intended as additional resources to provide more in-depth information

and it is not necessary to download them for the presentation.
