Guest guest
Don't the RT3 and fT3 have to be in the same units of measure (i.e. both ng/dL or pg/mL)? I don't understand how a fT3 in pg/dL and a RT3 in ng/dL will give a correct ratio without conversion so they are both either pg/dL or ng/dL. Same goes for the other examples. I don't know why they need to be converted when they are listed as being in the same units already.
Guest guest
I don't even have labs that have the same units as listed in the examples. One is in pg/mL and the other is in ng/dL. So first they'd both have to be in eithe dL or mL and then they'd have to both get into pg or ng. My labs are: fT3 3.2 pg/mL (1.7-3.7) RT3 38 ng/dL (11-32)
