Dear ESE Advisory Parents:

At last night ESE Advisory Meeting the membership was presented with the attached Memorandum, Draft Parent Letter and "Protective Order Regarding Educational Records".

Any parent or guardian who objects to the disclosure of their child's educational records has fifteen days (15) days from the date of the mailing of the "final" parent letter to submit a formal objection. If any parent or guardian does not object to the disclosure of their child's education records no further action is necessary.

The attached document also provides information of who to contact should you have additional questions.
