Again thank you!!

I have a funny little story.. I have done many healings in my life

time and really didn't know exactly what I was doing, but it always

worked just through intent...

But yes!! I would be so drained.. my Mother has a friend that is a

Shaman.. well she is also now my good friend.. So I ask her how I

could keep from feeling so drained..

She suggested exactly what you had mentioned here.. But I still felt

sooooo drained.. So I called her up and we met.. I came in sandals and

always take off my shoes when entering a home..

She also has a place for shoes at the front of her door to place

shoes.. So we spoke on the draining of healing, then she asked me a

strange question.. She said do you wear your shoes during healing?

Hummmmmmmm? I thought... well no I said.. She suggested that I at the

beginning of the healing should always have my shoes on.. She told me

that I have an over abundant of healing energy and that it almost

needs to be released first then I can take my shoes off and receive

the energy from the crown chakra and it will flow in balance as soon

as I take my shoes off.. Go figure..

And it worked.. I am an ameture at this.. but it is something that I

am persuing in my life right now.. So all information and tips from

the Masters are a blessing..

Actually, your Shaman friend is quite right. The feet correspond to

the first Chakra - Mulhadara - which is associated with the earth, so

the feet are like an extension of the Mulhadara and receive the earth

energy. Too much energy going up from the Mulhadara can counter the

energy coming down through the Sahasrara chakra. Two energy currents

flowing in opposing directions and meeting " head on " are by nature in

conflict, as in electricity, for that matter. They can provoke short

circuits when they meet.
