Guest guest
I have only purchased (one time) the snack pack from http://www.gfcdiet.com You could check out their site. My kid seemed to like the taste of all of the items. If you are looking for vitamins/nutrients that do not have unnecessary additives HRI pfeiffer phamacy does mail order and they are all gluten free, soy and corn free, dye free, etc. Snack pack web site http://www.gfcfdiet.com/YummiSnackPak.htm HRI Pfeiffer site http://www.hriptc.org/content/pharmacyHome.php Pulix in Deerfield on military carries some GFCF products in their frozen foods and on their alternative foods aisle (aisle 10). They also have a few general items on the cake mix aisle and the rice chex etc. on the cereal aisle. I know Target also carries some cake mixes etc. Glenda > > Does anyone have any websites they buy all natural and/or gluten free foods from online?? Guest guest
Whole Foods have a good selection these days - depending on which store you go to.  Aventura, Boca, Wellington all amazing.  Plantation a little limited but still a good selection.  Not sure where you live? I used to buy a lot online but found it expensive with shipping and to make it worthwhile, you really need to buy in bulk.  I found I would buy things in bulk, then the kids would go off them and I'd be stuck with unwanted supplies that eventually went to waste. There are a ton of websites - just Google - GF or GFCF foods.  Many of them will allow you to check boxes for all your requirements, i.e. GF, CF, Soy free, organic etc.Good luck. Guest guest
A store in Coral Springs - Tunie's is the name I think - carries a lot of products and my understanding is that the prices are quite reasonable.Google "gluten-free, grocery, Coral Springs, Florida" and the name will probably come right up.Whole Foods in South Miami has such an amazing assortment I almost want to cry when I go there. Guest guest
Pizza Fusion in Ft Lauderdale has awesome gfcf pizza. My kids love it. It is pricey though. They also have gfcf brownies that I hear are very good. Publix now carries a lot of gluten free items. Just in case you are shopping and can't make it to Whole Foods, Publix does have a lot of items now. When we started the diet in 1999, the stores had almost nothing. I had to order from Energy, Kinnick Kinnick and other companies. Now more and more stores are carrying the foods.
