Healing without depleting oneself

Dear all (there are so many!)

I used to heal with my hands, and deplete myself completely of my

energy in the process, feeling totally drained after the healing, at

times to the point of being unaware of who or where I was. That's

dangerous.

One day, I had an inspiration. I began visualizing the cosmic and

Divine energy coming into me through my crown chakra and flowing into

the person I was healing, myself being just a channel like a tube. It

worked! Not only was I no longer depleted and drained of my energy

after the healing, I was myself invigorated and filled with energy in

the process.

The same applies for healing at a distance, too.
