" However, now Broward County School District CANNOT say " The Funding isn't there " . It WAS there!!!!!!!!! That's what's so enraging!!!. It WAS THERE! But Notter says....Eh, we'll take it from THERE (i.e. OUR KIDS GETTING WHAT THEY NEED) and put it back over HERE (Where the District's Budget requires otherwise).
