I'm not so sure if the word

" money " is as much the issue as arrogance is. They always try to

leave you the feeling you are asking for more than your child deserves. That to

me is arrogance.

However, now Broward County School District CANNOT say

" The Funding isn't there " . It WAS there!!!!!!!!! That's

what's so enraging!!!. It WAS THERE! But Notter says....Eh,

we'll take it from THERE (i.e. OUR KIDS GETTING WHAT THEY NEED) and put it back

over HERE (Where the District's Budget requires

otherwise). The one valid " excuse " --NO MONEY--that

they DID have has been kicked out from under them, in my opinion.
