Hi Jamila,I am giving Paranil jr to my son for a week now. I am also doing some parasite treatment for myself. First 5 days he became so so hyper and he was also stimming soooo bad. Second day he had a diarrhea but he was ok the next day. Now, we both have a yeast infection. My guess is since we killed parasites, candida was released from them. So my suggestion will be, be prepared for hyperactivity, stimming, and yeast infections. Oh, he also has those weird bumps on his lips (think it is viral). Good luck..
