Dear Humanity Healing Family,

It is with regret that I have accepted the resignation of Ms. Alison

Kain from the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors of the

Humanity Healing Foundation. This decision was reached principally

due to concerns over issues surrounding her medical condition.

We take the health and well-being of our organization, volunteers and

members to be our greatest concern. I know you will join us in

keeping Alison in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.
