Hi - I've decided that come what may (heart attack,dark thoughts :)) I am going

to put both my kids on the SCD whole hog while they are still little enough to

control what goes in. I would LOVE a list of legal supplements that anyone doing

this has compiled, I find pecanbread's hodgepodge. Also, my kids have some

'stuff' in the poop, I think they are dumping worms since the introduction of

ole. I want to really go after it , safely and without another dreaded

medication. Options?
