Guest guest Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 Yesterday was a really good IE day. Ate what was really satisfying for breakfast and snack. At lunch really picked up that is was done eating 1/2 way through what I was eating so I stopped and ate the rest today for lunch. In the afternoon I was very gassy and bloated partially due to my menstrual cycle. Last night I got comfy, lit my candles, poured a glass of wine and watched a couple of my favorite TV shows. Still didn't feel.like eating and nothing sounded.good so I made some chai btea. Then I noticed I was a wee bit hungry and was going to bed soon and didn't want a lot so I had just a few cheese and crackers. Today seems to be going well also. Seem to be really in tune with my body. I think its Because I have been focusing on my breathing and I think it really helps with.being.mindful. I think I'm finally back on the IE track!
