Odd Symptoms?

Hi Val:

I am doing better having dropped from 175mcg to 125mcg T3 and Im at about 9.5

weeks +/-.

My pulse is in the 84-88 range down from the 110 range once I dropped the T3

lower. Plus the thumb joint pain and foot pain subsided too.

I did just send in a 4x saliva test and do not have any current adrenal info to

report but I think I have low adrenal symptoms?

1. Ankle Edema- oddly- seems top be in left ankle only.

2. High Basal temps??? Though I question the integrity of a the 2 non mercury

thermometers that I have (one is digital and one is a " geratherm " mercury free)

My basals have been 98.6, 98.7 etc...

3. Constant / chronic diarhea - which I had while using cortef 1.5 years ago as

well. I had comprehensive stool analysis and I eat gluten free and whole foods.

You mentioned POTASSIUM helped but I cant verify that mine is low. The ONLY

thing that could be a factor- I chew way too much sugarless gum. Maybe that's

the cause? Or can I try some potassium supplement?

I have dumped all dairy products again- so even off dairy- still

cannot hold onto food....which is bad... makes me hungry and probably leaves me

really depleted. Could be I dont absorb anything! Including upplements....

4.No menstrual cycle this month - yet many symptoms- breast enlargement, mild

cramping... though this has been an ongoing battle- NO CYCLE - low thyroid

hormones.I took a pregnancy test so not pregnant :( And I want to be....

I am taking Rhodiola, Ashwanghanda and Drenamin and Drenamin PMG from Standard

Process - that my new ND recommended. They have some glandular properties and

natural herbs and such???? Not sure if anyone has used them for adrenal support.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
