Heart palp--not sure, anyone get this?

I am just now feeling like one huge beat of my heart

every now and then. My resting pulse 88-92 in the last 1/2 hour.

I took my usual 12.5 cytomel 1/2 hour before. It doesn't hurt, just weird. I do

get palpitations constant higher pulse for like 10 minutes at night when laying

down, but this is like one large beat or something

Is this normal? Anyone get this?

Is it b/c thyroid is starting to work? Never felt this before.
